Officiating at the handover ceremony of the Block 10 police flats this morning, Masisi said the government is committed to providing a conducive working environment for the police through improved working conditions and general welfare.
“BPS development budget for 2018-2019 stands at P490,000,000. I implore the leadership of police service to ensure that it is utilised for your overall effectiveness and improvement. The construction of these houses is government’s investment that in turn, together with Batswana at large, we expect a return on investment in the form of improved service delivery. This period over 222 police houses have been acquired countrywide,” Masisi said.
