The suspended include Mompati Ketlogetswe (treasurer), Rapula Gaothobogwe (secretary general) and Mpenzeni Sambandawe (chairperson).
The audit had uncovered some irregularities in the financial management of the league.
BFA second vice president, Marshlow Motlogelwa had ordered the committee to submit missing documents.
An interim committee is expected to be in place within two days. The source said the BFA is targeting Sambandawe, Gaothobogwe and Ketlogetswe, who were in the opposing camp during the association’s 2016 elections.
